Buying
a Home With Us
OHA Success Story
Whether
you are a first-time buyer or a veteran of many moves,
you
are likely to have a lot of questions about your upcoming
homebuying experience. First-timers are usually cautious
and worried that their questions will be considered dumb -
veterans realize that laws and customs change from year
to
year and from state to state. Some buyers want to know every
detail of the homebuying process while others want only
the
absolutely necessary information. Some buyers wake up at
3:00 in the morning with suddenly important questions....
No
matter whether you fall into one of the above categories or
somewhere in between, we keep you in mind, by going above
and beyond to exceed your expectations.
In
an effort to help you make your move the most enjoyable and
most informed one you have ever made, we present and go over
a copy of EVERYTHING YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT HOMEBUYING...and
then some!!, a detailed book on the entire home
buying process. We think you being an informed buyer is best,
not to mention your input and impressions are very important
to us.
As
always, it is our goal that you will be so happy with your
homebuying experience that you will want to refer
all of your friends and associates to us for the same world-class
service!

OHA
Success Story
|
I
have had unpleasant experiences with realtors in the
past, but was finally introduced to Lisa Pinson by a
friend. Not only was I immediately impressed with
her, but I was just as taken with Keller Williams and
their approach to realty. I immediately took my
house off the market with another company and listed
with Lisa. Well, I say "listed", but even though
it had been on the market for over 2 months with another
realtor, Lisa had a potential buyer lined up before
it even officially listed. And he bought the house!
On the buying end, she took me to places I loved and
gave great advice. During this period, my family
just fell in love with Lisa and her team -
it was like working with my family. I had complete
trust in them and the advice I received. And I
watched little petite, sweet, gentle Lisa Pinson dig
in HARD when negotiating in my favor (and they were
NOT easy deals).
All happy endings - coming up on 2 years in my "new"
house and could not be happier with the entire experience.
It was the big things, like buying and selling and negotiating,
but it was also the little things, like notes, decorating
advice, change of address cards, etc. that made the
difference for me. And most of all, it was the
people that made the difference. Not only do I
recommend them to people I know, but I have recommended
Lisa to complete strangers who were buying or selling.
I have friends who have buying/selling horror stories,
and I jokingly have tried to convince some of them to
sell their house with Lisa (even though they weren't
moving anywhere) just to experience how good it CAN
and SHOULD be.
Thanks
for everything - you are truly the best of the best.
