your choice -- phone, e-mail, personal visits.
We
keep a tight record of any and all feedback from those who
saw your home as well as all other marketing efforts --
tracking positive and negative comments.
Should
you not receive a contract in a timely manner, we re-visit
with you -- to discuss your position and price in the market.
And
once we are under contract, you can be sure nothing will
fall through the cracks!
We
have a closing coordinator that will make sure all crucial
deadlines are met and all necessary documents are gathered.
