Before we even list your home, we work with you on the proper strategic positioning.

During the process of having your home listed with us, we make sure our marketing efforts meet the basics and go above and beyond the norm.

We put your home in FMLS and Realtor.com and plan a strong Internet presence, with a virtual tour by Homescenes.

We market strongly to other agents (with buyers) by holding caravans and utilizing the Internet for e-caravan and e-flyers.

We present your home to our database as well as through all of our other listings.

We market to your neighborhood and expose your home in any local publications and at local events.

You will always have color flyers in the home and a flyer box.

We will provide you materials to market to your sphere of influence.

Also during the process there is constant communication.

We keep in touch with you at least weekly, by the method of your choice -- phone, e-mail, personal visits.

We keep a tight record of any and all feedback from those who saw your home as well as all other marketing efforts -- tracking positive and negative comments.

Should you not receive a contract in a timely manner, we re-visit with you -- to discuss your position and price in the market.

And once we are under contract, you can be sure nothing will fall through the cracks!

We have a closing coordinator that will make sure all crucial deadlines are met and all necessary documents are gathered.
